Tax Pro-ration Agreement/H&H EnterprisesCG-24598
TAX PRO -RATION AGREEMENT
This agreement, made this 8th of August, 1997, between City of
Kalispell (Kalispell); and H & H Enterprises (H&H);
WITNESSETH;
H&H is purchasing certain property from Kalispell, being Lots 22
and 23 of Teton Terrace, Flathead County, Montana.
The property was tax exempt in 1996.
Any taxes or special assessments for the year 1997 are to be
pro -rated as of August 8, 1997.
The parties do therefore agree that at such time as the 1997 taxes
are payable and the amount thereof certain, they will at such time
pro -rate the taxes upon the property so purchased, as of the date
of closing, and each party will at such time pay their respective
share of such taxes.
Sterling Title Services will, if requested, be happy to provide the
pro -ration calculation for the parties, but will not be responsible
for collection of payment of said taxes.
