Grant Deed/H&H Enterprises Lots 24, 25, 26The CITY OF ISPELL, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
GRANTOR, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable
consideration ($1. 00 & OVC) , the receipt and sufficiency of which
is hereby acknowledged, hereby conveys, remises, releases and
forever grants, unto, H & H ENTERPRISES, hereinafter GRANTEE, the
following described premises in Flathead County, Montana, to -wit:
Lots 24, 25 and 26 in Teton Terrace, according
to the map or plat thereof on file and of
Record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder
of Flathead County, Montana.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging, and all the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof, and also all the estate, right, title interest, property,
possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in
equity, of the said GRANTOR, in or to the said premises and every
part and parcel thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular the said premises, with
the appurtenances, unto the said GRANTEE, their successors and
assigns.
