NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE
TO BE SOLD for cash at Trustee's Sale, on the 12th day of March 1999, at 2:00 o'clock
P. M., at the Main Entrance of the Flathead County Courthouse, located in Kalispell Montana,
the following described real property in Flathead County, Montana:
Unit No. 3, of The Pines (Townhouse Subdivision) Addition No. 113,
Resubdivision of Lots 9-12, Porta Villa Subdivision No. 2, being located on a
tract of land"
Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 of Porta Villa Subdivision No. 2, according to the map or plat
thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead
County, Montana
Together with a percentile interest in the appurtenant common elements of said
condominium as the said unit and common areas are established, defined and identified
in the Declaration of Unit Ownership of The Pines and exhibits attached thereto,
recorded May 2, 1978 in Book 702, Page 46, as Document No. 6083 and amended
October 1, 1980 in Book 702, Page 325, as Document No. 13973, records of Flathead
County, Montana. This unit to be used for residential purposes.
ERIC D. MEYER and KERRY D. KOBELSKI as Grantors, conveyed said real property
to CITIZEN'S TITLE & ESCROW CO., INC. as Trustee to secure an obligation owed to
MONTANA MORTGAGE COMPANY as Beneficiary, by a Trust Indenture dated 5 April 1996
and recorded 5 April 1996 in Document No. 96-096-14140, records of Flathead County,
Montana.
The beneficial interest in said Trust Indenture was assigned to CHEMICAL
RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION, n/k/a CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE
CORPORATION, by a document dated 17 May 1996 and recorded 17 May 1996 in Document
No. 96-138-09030, records of Flathead County, Montana.
JOANNE M. BRIESE was named as Successor Trustee by a document dated 22 July
1998 and recorded 29 October 1998 in Document No'998 --;p1,/16/9d records of Flathead
County, Montana.
There has been a default in the performance of said Trust Indenture by failure to pay
monthly installments due on the obligation secured by said Trust Indenture for the months of
February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September and October of 1998, said
monthly installments being in the amount of $385.77 per month, and which monthly installments

would have been applied on the principal and interest due on said obligation and to a reserve
account (if any) for payment of taxes, insurance and other charges against the property or loan.
There is presently due on the obligation the principal sum of $29,122.29 plus accruing interest
thereon at the rate of 8.25 % per annum from 1 January 1998 plus late charges in the amount
of $63.14 per month. Interest and late charges continue to accrue. Other expenses to be
charged against the proceeds include the Trustee's and attorney's fees, amounts disbursed to
preserve and protect the property, real property taxes, hazard insurance, and costs and expenses
