This vacant property was annexed to the City at the April 2, 1990 City Council Meeting. The property was recently platted and residential development is proceeding. Craig and Connie Denman are the owners of record for all of the lots in the Westwood Park Subdivision. A copy of the petition and a copy of the Westwood Park Plat are enclosed for your records. A copy of the petition is attached to this Memorandum. This property was annexed to the City at the April 2, 1990 City Council Meeting in accordance with Resolution 3927. Craig & Connie Denman are the signatories on the petition. A review of the Flathead County Property Database indicates that all of the lots within the Westwood Park Subdivision are owned by Craig & Connie Denman. The petition is in order. The Dennian's would like City Garbage to begin as soon as possible. This property has been vacant until recent construction of several residential units. I have spoken with solid waste superintendent Jack Fournier about serving this subdivision. Adequate containers are on hand and the City could begin service without delay.
