Jean Kelly called today and said they have completed the improvements as specified in the SIA agreement. The
agreement was for sidewalks and landscaping/boulevard trees. The security used were two cashier's check which as you
know I am anxious to get out of the files.
Please give Jean Kelly a call at 261-9833 to let her know when she can expect the inspection. As soon as you instruct
me to release the cashier's checks, I will do so.
