NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Kalispell has
received a Petition in writing from Tidyman's/Warehouse Foods,
Inc., the owner of more than 50% of the Lots in Block 23,
Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana and more than 50% of the Lots
in Block 24, Kalispell, Montana, to abandon and discontinue:
and
Second Avenue East North, between Montana Street and
Warehouse Industries, Inc. property
The Southerly 100.02 feet of the dedicated Public Alley
in Block 24, Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana.
NOTICE is further given that at the regularly scheduled
City Council Meeting on the 7th day of October, 1991, the City
Council will hear proponents and opponents on the closure and act
upon the petition in a manner which serves the public interest.

1. That I am the duly appointed and acting City Finance
Director of the City of Kalispell, Montana.
2. That pursuant to Section 7-14-414, MCA, I caused to be
published a "Notice" relating to the abandonment and
discontinuance of the above designated street and alley in the
Daily Inter Lake on the 23rd and 29th day of September, 1991 and
also mailed a copy of said "Notice" in the U.S. Mail, first class
postage to the owners of record of property abutting said street
and alley on September 23, 1991.
