Unfinished Business:
Lot Contracts
Glacier Bank and Valley Bank parking. After Jim Ness (Glacier Bank) attended our meeting he was
going to speak with Dan Hensley (Valley Bank) to get his opinion on issuing 1-hour $10.00 tickets. Dan
liked the idea so Janet is working with Charlie Harball (City Attorney) and has started the process
necessary for the ordinance change.
Eagles Lot
New ticket machine was ordered on November 5, 2010.
Lot Maintenance
Ron provided Board Members with an estimate to replace and repair concrete parking bumpers in the
Valley Bank Lot including estimated cost for labor. Janet will forward the e-mail including the estimate
to Karen. Mark made a motion to move forward with the repairs. Second by John.
7. New Business:
Cell phone for Jack. Ron made a motion to purchase a phone for Jack. Second by John. Karen will
contact Roger Krauss (Assistant Chief of Police) to see how we should proceed.

Street Update —Jack
Office Update — Karen: See Reports. Questions for Karen?
Tickets: 206 tickets written for a total of $2,080.00, 59% collected
Parking Permits: Permits up $332.00 from last month, up $167.50 from last November
Collections: CPI income for November. Have not received yet.
The Boot: The boot was used 4 times for a total of $400.00 ($260.00 fines, $140.00 boot fees)
Occupancy Report: Eastside capacity is at 95% and Westside is at 86% for a combined total of
90%
Meters — down $532.97 from last month, down $462.15 from November 2009
Notices — Current for those that have addresses.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
The new ticket machine is up and running as of Friday, December 101". Ron Whipple
(Northwest Parking Equipment) strongly recommended that we get some type of cover over
the new machine. Janet requested that I get an estimate for one similar to the Valley Bank Lot.
Jack received his new phone, his number is 249 7402.
NEW BUSINESS:
