Re: Spring Prairie Phase III
Commitment letter for path connections to Highway 93
Dear Mr. Sorenson,
This letter is in response to the City of Kalispell's request to provide pedestrian access
and connection from the Spring Prairie Phase III development to the Highway 93 bike
trail. The intent of this letter is to commit to making this connection within lots 8 and 9
as conceptually shown on the attached plan. Due to the grades, easement restrictions
and detention pond to the north of lots 8 and 9, these locations are best fit for the path
connection.
Please notify me or Grant Nelson if you have any questions or concerns.

Gents,
Public Work's position is that bike path(s) shall be installed with construction of the Kohl's site and that the construction details be
placed on the current construction plans.
