Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 2.2 (F) (1) Kalispell
Subdivision Regulations, that the City Council of the City of
Kalispell will hold a Public Hearing, commencing at 7:00 o'clock
P.M. on October 17th, 1994 in the Council Chambers, City Hall,
Kalispell, Montana. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to
receive public comment on a proposal by Charles Keller to create 18
single family/duplex lots on 6 acres in an R-4, Two Family
Residential zone. The property is located approximately 300 feet
South of 4 Mile Drive on the west side of US Highway 93; more
specifically described as Parcel 2X, in the NE1/4 of Section 1,
Township 28 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., Flathead County.
Comments on the proposed subdivision may be expressed during the
public hearing or written comments will also be accepted up to the
time of the hearing. All correspondence and general inquiries
