Tri-City Planning ATAINUMM To; Frank Castles Kalispell City Engineer 1997 Kalispell, Montana 59903 This is in regards to my subdivision no. 182, Section 17, Township 28N, Range 22W. I have a bond with the city to insure that I pave the driveway into lots 2 and 4. 1 need an extension of time to do this untill Oct. 31, 2005. The reason for this is I'm going to develope lot 2 and will put a new double wide mobile home on this lot. To get it on the foundation, I need a crane for this and the weight of the crane will destroy the asphalt. I will pave the driveway as soon as thernodular unit is set on the foundation. I plan to start on this project around May i, 2005, and should be done 4y the Oct. 3 1, due date. I hope this is sufficent to get the extension of time. Please let me know A. S. A. P. Box 5244 Kalispell, Montana 59903 RE: Subdivision 182 Street Grading & Paving Dear Mr. Rinke: We have examined the recently placed paving. The paving meets the intent of the Subdivision Improvement Agreement dated February 6, 2004. We do recommend that the existing manhole ring be lowered to at or just below the level of the paving to prevent damage to snowplows. If the manhole cannot be lowered, we recommend that bollards be placed to prevent damage to snowplows. We are recommending that the bond for the Subdivision Improvement Agreement be returned to you. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact this office. Sincerely, Frank Castles, P.E.
