Re: Preliminary Plat (Subdivision) - River View Greens
Dear Property Owner:
The Kalispell City -County Planning Board and Zoning Commission will
meet on December 8, 1987, beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers, City riall, Kalispell, Montana. During that meeting, a
public hearing will be held to consider an application by Buffalo
Chips Partnership for prelimi-rta'ry-plat approval` -of River View...--r
Greens, a subdivision consisting of 60 residential lots on 32.377
acres of land. As an adjoining property owner, the Board will be
interested in any comments that you might have concerning the
proposed subdivision.
Generally, the subject area is located on the westerly side of
Whitefish State Road, across from the Church of the Nazarene, and
north of the Buffalo Hills Golf Course, in Section 6, Township 28
North, Range 21 West, Flathead County.
Documents pertaining to this application are on file in the
Flathead Regional Development Office, Room 414, 723 Fifth Avenue
East, Kalispell, Montana 59901, and may be reviewed during regular
office hours.
At the hearing, the Planning Board will hear any and all comments
from the public pertaining to the above application. Comments in
writing expressing views or concerns may also be submitted to the
Flathead Regional Development Office prior to December 8, 1987.

The Kalispell City -County Planning Board and Zoning Commission will
meet on Tuesday, December 8, 1987, beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, City Hall., Kalispell, Montana.. During that
meeting, a public hearing will be held to' 4Eonsider an amendment to
the Official Zoning Map of the North Village Zoning District.
Buffalo Chips Partnership, a general partnership, is requesting a
change in zoning from RA-2 (Residential Apartment) to R-5 (Two -
Family Residential) for 32.77 acres of land. Generally, the
subject area is located on the westerly side of Whitefish Stage
Road, across from the Church of the Nazarene, and north of the
Buffalo Hills Golf Course, in Section 6, Township 28 North, Range
21 West, Flathead County.
As a property owner within 150 feet of such request, the Zoning
Commission would be interested in any comments that you might have
concerning this matter. Documents pertaining to this application
for a zone change are on file in the Flathead Regional Development
Office, Room 414, 723 Fifth Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana 59901,
and may be reviewed during regular office hours.
