NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Kalispell on the
20th day of August, 1990, passed Resolution No. 39511 declaring
an intention to annex certain real property to be known as the
Scoreboard Addition No. 212, located in Flathead County,
Montana, which is more particularly described as Lots 14, 15, 16;
Block 3, Phillips Addition, City of Kalispell, Flathead County,
Montana.
Said Resolution No. 3951 declared that it is in the best
interest of the City of Kalispell and the inhabitants thereof
that said property be annexed to the City of Kalispell and
recommended that the property be zoned as Neighborhood Business,
B-1.
NOTICE is further given that for a period of twenty (20)
days after the 24th day of August, 1990, that date being the
first day of publication of this notice in the Daily Inter Lake,
the City Clerk -Treasurer of the City of Kalispell will receive
expressions, in writing, of approval of the proposed annexation
from the freeholders of the territory to be embraced therein.
The City Council of the City of Kalispell shall on the 17th
day of September, 1990 hold a public hearing, in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, City of Kalispell on the proposed annexation
at which time the City Clerk -Treasurer shall lay all
communications received by said Clerk -Treasurer concerning said
annexation before the Council for the Council's examination. At
said public hearing all persons or residents in or owning
property included in said territory hereinabove described, and
all residents of the City of Kalispell, will be given an
opportunity to be heard on said annexation.
Said territory if annexed shall be known as Scoreboard
Addition No. 212.
