As evidenced by their signatures hereon, Diane R. Anfenson, the owner of
Unit A of Parkview Condominiums, located on Lot 58 of Parkview Terrace Addition
No. 1, according to the records of Flathead County, Montana, and the signature of
Eleanor B. Carlson, the owner of Unit B of Parkview Condominiums, located on Lot
58 of Parkview Terrace Addition No. 1, according to the records of Flathead County,
Montana.
They hereby, pursuant to §70-23-801, MCA, remove said Unit A and Unit B
from the Declaration of Unit Ownership of Parkview Condominiums recorded
August 17, 1989, as Document No, 89-229-10500, records of Flathead County,
Montana, and further they remove said Unit A and Unit B of Parkview
Condominiums from the provisions of the Montana Unit Ownership Act, MCA, Title
70, Chapter 23.

Pursuant to §70-23-801, MCA, the undersigned Source One Mortgage
Services, Inc., is the Lienholder on Parkview Condominium Unit A and as
evidenced by its signature hereon, consents to the removal of Unit A from the
recorded Condominium Declaration and the provisions of the Montana Unit
Ownership Act, provided that this consent does not extinguish the lien as said lien
will survive as a lien against the property to be described as Lot 58A.
