RE: Application for Revision to Planned Unit
Development Agreement between Domesite, LLC;
Pack & Co.; and City of Kalispell
Dear Chris:
Thank you for taking time to meet with my client, Pack and Company, and the
representatives of Crosswell Development, to discuss possible revisions to the existing PUD on
Pack's property on Highway 93 North. Pursuant to Article 5 of the PUD, this letter, and the
enclosed Draft PUD Agreement Amendment, serves as Pack and Company's application for
amendment to the existing PUD.
Enclosed is a draft of a revised PUD, which shows changes that Pack would like to make.
It is anticipated in this early stage that there may be additional modifications as all parties
concerned further identify and define all issues involved in this process. I am very willing to
answer any questions that you or members of the site review committee may have concerning
these revisions. I also anticipate that Jim Lynch, Stan Beard, and Allen Crosswell will be more
than willing to answer questions.
At this time, I would ask that the site review committee do the following within the time
frames provided for in the PUD: (1) determine which of the proposed changes are minor or
major, (2) make its determination as to the acceptability of minor changes, and (3) refer major
changes to the City Council. We have a very short time line during which these issues can be
addressed and resolved, so I would appreciate it if the site review committee would be able to
move this application along in the shortest amount of time possible. It is my understanding that
Allen and Stan will be in Kalispell on November 131h, and they would like to have this matter on
the workshop agenda for the City Council that evening.
