Dear Mr. Houle:
This letter is a follow-up to our earlier conversations. First, we still have not received a
site plan and related information. As I mentioned before, our site review process typically takes
three to four weeks. Without site plans, however, there is very little we can review. I continue to
stand by my promise to you to strive for completion of our process by your June 7 date, but we
are now only two weeks away. Meeting that target date, despite our best efforts, may be
questionable.
At this point, our best chance for success lies with your development team. The sooner
we receive an accurate, complete site plan and related information which addresses all city
standards as well as standards contained in the Development Agreement, the better chance we
have to issue a permit by your desired date.
A second matter relates to architecture. We did discuss the general architecture at the Site
Review Committee meeting yesterday. The Committee agrees that it is consistent with the theme
established for the development and that the rock work specified is acceptable.
