The PUD agreement for the Mountain View Plaza project stipulated certain public improvements
to be made and provided for a bond to ensure their completion.
We reviewed the status of this project and have determined that the required improvements
related to landscaping satisfy the requirements of the Kalispell Parks Department and are
completed at this time. Let this letter serve as notification that the bond may be released.
