RE IDENTIAL) TO R - 3 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL), IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE CITY -COUNTY MASTER PLAN]' a AND TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, ra-Lora. Corporation, the owner of property described
above, petitioned the City of Kalispell that the zoning
classification attached to the above described tract of land be
changed to RA -1, Low Density Residential Apartment, and
WHEREAS, the property as described exists as property
surrounded to the North by Residential, Count R-2 classification,
to the East by Residential, County R-1 classification, to the South
by Residential, City R- 3 classification, and to the West by
Residential, city-RA-1 classification, and
WHEREAS, the petition of Cra - Lori Corporation was the sub' ect
of a report compiled by the Flathead Regional Development Office,
# KA - 9 8 - 6 , dated November 2, 1998, in which the Flathead Regional
Development Office evaluated the petition and recommended that the
property as described above be zoned RA-1, Lour Density Residential
Apartment for Lot 3, and R- 3 , Single Family Residential for Lot 4
as requested by the petition, and
WHEREAS, the Kalispell City -County Planning Board and Zoning
commission issued a report amending the FRDD report and
recommending the property as described be zoned R - 3 , Single FaMi 1
Residential, and
WHEREAS, after
considering all
the evidence submitted on
the
proposal to zone
the property. as
described RA -1, LOW Density
Residential Apartment, the City Council adopts , based upon
the
Sriterion set forth
in Section 76 - 3 -
60S, M. C .A, , and State.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TALI S PELL AS FOLLOWS
,qECT TnW I. Section 7 .0 a 010 , of the Official zoning leap
of the Kalispell zoning ordinance, (Ordinance # 117 5) is
hereby amended by designating the property described in
Exhibit "A" as R- 3 , Single Family Residential.
The balance of Section 7 .�02 + 010, Of f icial
Zoning Map, City of Kalispell Zoning Ordinance not
amended hereby shall remain in full force and effect.,
ECTION Ill. This Ordinance shall be effective thirty
( 3 0 ) days f rom and of ter the date of its f inal passage
and approval by the Mayor.
