Jentz, Director 201 First Avenue East Kalispell, MT 59901 RE: PRELIMINARY PLAT EXTENSION FOR COTTAGE GARDENS SUBDIVISION Dear Mr. Jentz: Please allow this letter to serve as a formal request for a Preliminary Plat extension of one year for the Cottage Gardens Subdivision. The City Council conditionally approved this subdivision on April 2, 2007 with an expiration date of April 2, 2010. We are requesting a one-year extension, with a new expiration date of April 2, 2011, as it is not possible, at this time, to have the necessary improvements completed prior to the current expiration date. This extension is necessary due to unforeseen dramatic changes in the marketability over the past two years.
