Laux to Meredith/Plan Approval�J VOZtl2WE5t lJ IEQLG2CRZE March 5, 1998 Dave Meredith Meredith Construction Company PO Box 7128 Kalispell, MT 59901 Dear Mr. Meredith: Buffalo Commons Retail/Commercial office's Architecture Control Committee has reviewed the plans as they relate to Ordinance No. 1276 and approve the multi -use office/banking facility with a main floor banldng tenant of 3000 square feet and 4 drive -up lanes and ATM machine for the Glacier Bancorp building in the Buffalo Commons subdivision. Please note the committees notations regarding the plans submitted. • Clear glass is okay as proposed. Tinted colors require additional review. Landscaping approved per your memo dated February 26, 1998 • Color: earth tones, brown and tan similar to Heritage Place with dark brown brick. West entrances must conform to city approved standard. • No ground or freestanding signs permitted. May have identification sign on building face. As a suggestion, the Architecture Control Committee felt that the building may have improved visibility if the drive -ups were moved north of the building. The Architectural Control Committee has approved the plans with the above notations. We have a signed copy in the Administrative Services office at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.
