As you can see, I have added a provision for a banking finance use to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Buffalo Commons (Retail/Commercial/Office). Also, I have revised the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Buffalo Commons (Medical Facilities), which is Exhibit F to the Ordinance. The noted change here is on page 6 where I have added: "Offices: Professional/Governmental Attorneys Accountants Appraisers Real Estate Brokers Surveyors Other professional offices All State/Federal/County Municipal Offices" In summary, you should now have a complete set of revised covenants to adopt via the new Ordinance.
