RE: Extension Agreement - 8424810300 dated June 18, 1994 between the City and LMJ
Enterprises.
Dear Glen:
The purpose of this letter is to advise you that because the escrow agent named in the
agreement no longer accepts escrows, I will be acting as temporary escrow agent on behalf of
LMJ. Below you will find the consent of the general partners, Logan Rogers and Mrs. Rogers
to this.
I further wanted to advise that you that we intend to enforce the terms and request the
City simply not connect anyone who has not received a receipt directly either from LMJ or from
myself as escrow agent or from the successor escrow agent after we complete the present matter.
We are at this time not recording the change of escrow agent in that, final escrow agent
will have to be selected after we are through this initial crisis. At that time, I will prepare a
document naming a new escrow agent and, request that the City and the Developers execute the
same when they record it.
