RE: Airport Redevelopment PlanSean:
Why is it necessary to have a second public hearing with the City Council? Isn't the one public hearing with the Planning Board enough? It will save money also. My reasoning is that
it is a "revision", more than a new full blown Redevelopment Plan.

Subject: Airport Redevelopment Plan
Fred-
Please review the revised timetable for adoption of the redevelopment plan and let me know what you think. In my opinion it would be good to hold one last open house to present the
final draft that would be discussed at the planning board. Of course the final draft would look exactly the same as the current draft since no major issues or comments were provided
at the least open house meeting. The only significant comments were from Mr. Rauthe and Mr. Gross who both expressed the possibility of expanding the redevelopment plan boundary.
What is your opinion on their requests?
