Re: KCA - CIPRick, the mitigation costs including administrative and engineering may be
eligible depending on the AIP involvement on the tower removal. That is,
if AIP is funding the towers, then these costs could be eligible, subject
to environmental determination.

Gary,
Would you say the cost incurred by the City for the tower mitigation so far
(Hatfield & Dawson - Broadcast Engineers + a little RPA) would be eligible
if the towers end up getting condemned / liquidated because of the
bankruptcy?
