have a requirement in their actual contracts but rely on the FAA and the

Hi Robin,
Further to your below email, please be advised that each aircraft has a
recommend maximum takeoff weight and runway length for executing safe
take-offs and landings. This is monitored by the FAA and aircraft FAR’s.
So the length of runway would dictate the specific types of aircraft
that could land at the airport due to runway size.
And the liability insurers of these larger aircraft do not dictate the
