Minimum Standards QuestionnaireKaplan Kirsch & Rockwell (KKR) and Aviation Management Consulting Group
(AMCG) have been engaged by the Transportation Research Board (TRB)
under the Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP) to prepare a Legal
Research Digest on Minimum Standards for commercial aeronautical
activities at airports.
As part of this research, the project team has developed a short survey
questionnaire designed to obtain information pertaining to the
commercial aeronautical activities occurring at airports and the role,
purpose, and content of Minimum Standards, and the process for
developing (or updating) and implementing Minimum Standards. Your
airport has been randomly selected to participate in this survey. The
project team is asking that all selected airports to participate,
regardless if Minimum Standards exist or do not exist at your airport.
It is important to note that the TRB, through the ACRP, will make the
Legal Research Digest available to the public upon completion of this
project.
