RE: Airport Advisory Council - Letter to CouncilI still think it would be good to have you and Jane present, if possible.
I will be back next week...

Whatever you want to do is fine. I only suggested the letter as a
format. You can do whatever you want, just keep Jane and myself in the
loop since you are advisory to the City Manager and the Airport Manager,
not the City Council. Jane and I both would like to see your end product
before it is submitted to the City Council. Thank you

I think that we need to schedule another advisory board council meeting.
I think the rest of the board should be involved in this discussion and
this should come more from the board than from staff although you hit most
of the high points.

Subject: Airport Advisory Council - Letter to Council
Scott:
City Attorney said that Advisory Councils don't pass Resolutions, he
suggested a letter. He has reviewed the attached letter for legal
consideration only. Look at this and get back with your changes and
recommendations and I will help you get it out to your members for
signatures. I think this would be timely if done right away before it
slips the minds of the Council. Let me know. Hope you are having a nice
vacation.
