ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE

Approval of Minutes: Marshall moved to approve the June 23, 2026 minutes; Dwight 2nd; approved.
New Business:
Timberwolf Residences – Stillwater Rd – Multi-Family – Scott Freimuth and Michael Goldstrom from
Aspekt presented plans and renderings. Mark confirmed with Scott that there are 216 units and that the
buildings will not be phased. The utilities and garbage dumpsters will be screened, each unit has its own
HVAC, there will be walking paths that connect to Affinity to the north. Marshall moved to approve.
Dwight 2nd, approved (5-0).
Silverbrook Village – Diamond Peak Dr – Marshall recused himself since he represents the applicant.
Marshall presented plans and renderings for phase 1 of Silverbrook Village. Each unit has a garage and
there is plenty of additional parking due to future retail units. Dwight confirmed with Marshall that the
utilities are screened and that the outdoor amenities are ADA compliant. Star moved to approve. Ron 2 nd;
approved (4-0).
