OLD BUSINESS:
Flathead County Detention Center – 225 Snowline Lane – Public Works is still working on the intersection
with MDT. This will be on the agenda next week.
Chick-Fil-A – 355 Treeline Rd – remodel/site improvements – This was passed through Site Review.
Timberwolf Residences – Stillwater Bend Rd – 6 apt bldgs/1 clubhouse – This is under review by all
departments. Planning advised that they applicant will likely be have 2 lots and that final plat will be applied for
in a couple of months with significant bonding. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: St Matthews School – 601 1st Ave W – Public Works and Parks to review plans. Building
stated that there should be no material stored on the front walkway. This will be on the agenda next week.
OTHER: PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – North Park Transportation - 100 Old School Drive –
Public Works provided preliminary comments to Ryan Mitchell from RPA. Planning will look into
whether or not road improvements to Demarsville Rd are required since the lot is not adjacent to the
road according to the survey. Ryan will have lighting and landscape plans, and garbage enclosure
location in a couple of weeks.
