The building is planned to include four 14’ x 14’ garage doors with the ability for solid waste trucks to pull into the building for storage during the winter months to keep them from freezing. It is anticipated that one sewer service connection will be required for one (1) Sand Oil Grease (SOG) tank for a building floor drain and no water service connection.
