Other: PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – CoK Solid Waste Equip Storage Bldg

- 1400 1 Ave W
- 4,000 SF (50’ x 80’) new steel building with heat for storage of solid
waste equipment (garbage trucks). The building is planned to include
four 14’ x 14’ garage doors with the ability for solid waste trucks to pull
into the building for storage during the winter months to keep them from
freezing. It is anticipated that one sewer service connection will be
required for one (1) Sand Oil Grease (SOG) tank for a building floor
drain and no water service connection.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS - Stillwater 360 Development
- The project is no longer considering a commercial element and will
instead have (4) 80-unit buildings and (1) 64-unit building.
- Looking to build 50’ high
