Disturbance with a Weapon
July 22, 2026
On July 22, 2026, at approximately 2:00 pm, The Kalispell Police
Department had a large response to multiple reports of a male pedestrian
cocking and pointing a pistol at passing motor vehicles near Treeline Rd.
and Highway 93 N. The male was last seen entering a local business.
Upon arrival, Kalispell Police Officers located the suspect and took him into
custody safely. The suspect was found in possession of a replica style bb
gun pistol. The suspect is a juvenile, and his identity will not be released.
He will be placed in custody of juvenile detention facility. This is a current,
ongoing investigation, and there is no current threat to the community.
