1. File #KA-26-02 and #KPUD-26-01 – Habitat for Humanity of Flathead Valley has submitted a request for annexation, initial zoning of R-3 (Residential) with a Planned Unit Development (“PUD”) overlay, and
Planned Unit Development approval for the Birchwood PUD, a residential development consisting of approximately ninety-five (95) residential units including townhomes, cottages, and detached single-family residences on approximately 21.32 acres of real property generally located west of Northland Drive, south of Four Mile Drive, east of the U.S. Highway 93 Alternate (Kalispell Bypass), and north of Northridge Drive, Kalispell, Montana.
