to create the illusion that we really do care about the unborn — or the birth rate?

I looked at some government facts just this morning. Here are a few excerpts
The General Fertility Rate offers another perspective, measuring births per 1,000 women ages 15-44—
the primary childbearing years. This rate was 54.4 in 2023, down 3% from 2022.
Women in their early twenties hit another record low in 2023 at 55.4 births per 1,000 women —a
staggering 47% decline since 2007.
Abortion pills are going into America's drinking water — and the federal government has never once
testes for them.
Students for Life Action has been fighting to change that, and the abortion lobby just admitted the
campaign is working. HuffPost dedicated a full story to naming Students for Life Action as the pro -life
organization forcing the abortion industry into defense mode.
The EPA Front: Mifepristone in America's Drinking Water Has Never Been Tested
Students for Life Action has spent years making a case that the pro -abortion left cannot easily dismiss.
Chemical abortion pills — flushed into waterways after home abortions — are an unaddressed
environmental crisis.
After SFLA filed the original public comment with the EPA and delivered more than 1,800 additional
public comments, EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin announced the first -ever pharmaceutical human health
benchmarks list.
Misoprostol and methotrexate — two drugs used in chemical abortions — made that list.
SFLA's own peer -reviewed water testing found that mifepristone's chemicals were present in tested
water samples at levels exceeding the EPA's own Maximum Contaminant Level.
Sen. Ron Wyden of Oregon is now demanding the EPA explain itself, calling the campaign a
"coordinated, politically motivated attempt."
Rep. Mary Miller of Illinois has introduced SFLAction's Clean Water for All Life Act — legislation that
would require women using chemical abortion pills to collect waste with catch kits to prevent
contamination of the water supply.
The bill has 18 co-sponsors.
Every water sample collected and every public comment filed becomes legal ammunition for the next
court challenge and the next congressional hearing.
The DOJ Front: The Comstock Act Bans Mailing Abortion Pills and Nobody Is Enforcing It
The Comstock Act is federal law. It explicitly prohibits mailing "any drug, medicine, article, or thing
designed, adapted, or intended for producing abortion."
Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche's DOJ has continued the Biden administration's refusal to
enforce it. That decision is allowing a flood of mifepristone to enter pro -life states through the mail
every single day.

Data from Aid Access — one online pill vendor — shows 84 percent of the packages it shipped went to
states with near -total or telemedicine abortion bans.
The Satanic Temple is running three telehealth abortion facilities, openly mocking the president by
naming one after his campaign slogan.
They ship chemical abortion pills for $91.
No prescription verification. No ultrasound. No parental notification for minors. No oversight
whatsoever.
A Charlotte Lozier Institute study found that 81 percent of online abortion vendors are sending pills to
women past the FDA's own 10-week safety limit.
Ten of those vendors had already received FDA warning letters in 2019 — and kept right on shipping.
President Trump's DOJ does not look the other way on immigration violations or blue state
noncompliance with federal law.
This must be no different.
The FDA Front: The Mifepristone FDA Review Must Not Be a Rubber Stamp
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the Trump administration has a review of chemical abortion
pills in the works.
Students for Life Action has demanded it go further than a label update.
The FDA's existing safety data on mifepristone was largely produced by organizations with direct
financial stakes in keeping it on the market — including the Population Council, which brought
mifepristone to market in the first place, and Gynuity Health Projects, which counts Planned
Parenthood among its donors.
A review that recycles that research is not a pro -life victory.
SFLA's demands are specific: original research, full conflict -of -interest disclosures from every
researcher involved, and the first -ever federal evaluation of abortion water pollution — legally required
and never performed.
Twenty-two attorneys general have already called on HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the
FDA to reinstate the safety protocols the Biden administration stripped away.
The pro -life movement has four active fronts against chemical abortion pills right now — the EPA, the
FDA, the DOJ, and state attorneys general fighting blue -state shield laws that protect abortion pill
traffickers from prosecution.
