Dear Mayor and Council,
I am pleased to submit my application for the Housing Study Advisory Committee. I have spent a
great deal of my professional career working on housing development projects for both renters as
well as first time homebuyers, and am deeply familiarwith the financing tools used to pursue
projects in our area. My work at Samaritan House further grounds me in the realities of housing
instability in Kalispell.
I was raised here in Kalispell and am now raising my own children here.That personal connection
to this community drives my commitment to ensuring that families,workers, and long-time
residents have access to stable, attainable housing.
I would welcome the opportunity to contribute this experience to the committee's work and
support the City of Kalispell in advancing thoughtful, effective housing solutions.
