1) Motion to Authorize Limited Expenditure of Funds within the Fiscal Year 2027
Preliminary Budget & Call for a Public Hearing
This item considers authorizing limited funds from this budget and calling for a public
hearing on July 6, 2026.

2) Resolution 6328 — Intent to Hold Public Hearing on updated Water System, Wastewater
Collection System, and Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant Facility Plans
This resolution considers holding a public hearing for these plans on July 6, after the plans
are presented at the June 22, 2026, council work session meeting.
3) Resolution 6329 —Acceptance of Grant for a Public Safety Building Backup Generator
Hazard Mitigation Project
This resolution considers accepting a grant from Montana Disaster & Emergency Services
in the amount of $284,075 and obligating $94,692 for the required cost share.
4) Resolution 6330 —West Side Core Area Tax Increment Finance Loan Execution to Station
Kalispell, LLC
This resolution considers authorization to execute a loan of up to $113,700 for TIF
Assistance for a project at 40 Appleway Drive.
5) Resolution 6331 —Creation of a Housing Study Advisory Committee
This resolution creates a temporary committee for the purposes of developing an RFP for
a housing study and assisting in development of a housing plan.

ADMINISTRATIVE CODE — Section 2-20 Manner of Addressing Council
a. Each person not a Council member shall address the Council at the time designated in the
agenda or as directed by the Council, by stepping to the podium or microphone, giving
that person's name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record, and unless
further time is granted by the Council, shall limit the address to the Council to three
minutes.
b. All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a body and not to any member of the
Council or staff.
No person, other than the Council and the person having the floor, shall be permitted to
enter into any discussion either directly or through a member of the Council, without the
permission of the presiding officer.
d. No question shall be asked of individuals except through the Presiding Officer.
