OLD BUSINESS:
Stillwater Bend Apartments – 2890 US Hwy 93 N – Nothing new. The second round of comments were sent
5/7; no response has been received. This will be on the agenda next week.
CoK Stormwater Decant Facility – 2580 US Hwy 93 S – Public Works advised that building plans are coming
soon. This will be on the agenda next week.
Flathead County Detention Center – 225 Snowline Lane – Comments were sent 5/21. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Kalispell Outpost Apartments – 40 Appleway Drive – No change. Comments were sent 5/14; no response has
been received. This will be on the agenda next week.
Harris Financial – 305 Lincoln St – Public Works received an updated site plan 5/27; Fire to review today. This
will be on the agenda next week.
Northwestern Energy Shop Addition – 890 N Meridian – Comments were sent 5/26. This will be on the agenda
next week.
Other: PRELIMINARY COMMENTS: CoK Solid Waste Equip Storage Bldg – The committee discussed a
hydrant flow test and parking with Ryan Mitchell and Tony Woods from RPA. Ryan will send the flow test
results to Fire.
