BACKGROUND: The roofs on the Sewer/Storm Shop and Grandview Well are at the end of their
serviceable life. Additionally, there is asbestos containing material in the sewer shop roof. This project
includes asbestos abatement and replacement of the Sewer/Storm Shop Roof as well as replacement of the
Grandview Well roof.
BIDDING RESULTS: One bid was received and opened on May 7, 2026, at 2:30 pm and is summarized
below.

This project was budgeted for in FY 26 and will be funded through the following sources:
