OLD BUSINESS:
Stillwater Bend Apartments – 2890 US Hwy 93 N – Comments out 4/14, waiting on responses. This will be on
the agenda next week.
CoK Stormwater Decant Facility – 2580 US Hwy 93 S – Parks sent seed specs to PW. Building is still waiting
for plans for the foundation and pre-fab building. This will be on the agenda next week.
Flathead County Detention Center – 225 Snowline Lane – ARC was approved on 4/28. Question came up
about whether or not Demarsville Rd will require blvd upgrades. Kari will check with Planning Director. This will
be on the agenda next week.
Kalispell Outpost Apartments – 40 Appleway Drive – Plans are in all departments’ queues. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Harris Financial – 305 Lincoln St – Plans are in all departments’ queues. This will be on the agenda next week.
