HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning will forward the updated engineers estimate for Westview
Estates to Parks for review. Public Works is working with Starling Ph 4B to remove the tree by a stop sign. Parks
is working with KNTC on the Jefferson Blvd Tree removal.
OLD BUSINESS:
Stillwater Bend Apartments – 2890 US Hwy 93 N – Comments were sent 4/14; the committee is still waiting
for a response. This will be on the agenda next week.
Aesthetica Med Spa – 3201 US Hwy 93 N – This was passed through Site Review. This will be on the agenda
next week.
CoK Stormwater Decant Facility – 2580 US Hwy 93 S – Public Works to send the seed specification to Parks.
Building is still waiting for plans for the foundation and pre-fab building. This will be on the agenda next week.
Flathead County Detention Center – 225 Snowline Lane – Plans are in being reviewed by Building; Parks and
Public Works has this in their queues. Building advised that they are allowed to do pier work for ground
improvement. This will be on the agenda next week.
Kalispell Outpost Apartments – 40 Appleway Drive – Plans are in all departments’ queues. This will be on the
agenda next week.
New Business: Harris Financial – 305 Lincoln St – Plans are in all departments’ queues. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Other: Kalispell Toyota – Paving repair for water services must be completed for CO issuance.
