MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Dave Hutton attended the meeting.
7. Unfinished Business:
New Business:
a) Jarod Nygren attended the meeting to discuss parking enforcement. Jordan Venezio provided an
update on the hiring status for a new Parking Enforcement Officer and to answer any questions that the
board may have. Ben Sutton provided an overview of current options being explored for future
monitoring of downtown. He has met with Genetec regarding license plate readers and has a meeting
scheduled with Passport to discuss Passport Parking Mobile Pay.
b) The removal of the 30-minute parking space on the corner of 1"Ave E and 4 h St E was discussed.
Joel made a motion to remove the 30-minute parking space on corner of 1"Ave E and 4 h St E to allow
one additional space for police department vehicles.

c) Parking ticket fine amounts, boot removal fees and parking meter usage were tabled for a future
meeting.
