ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE

MEMBERS PRESENT: Julia Pierrottet (Chair), Mark Pirrie , Shawn Pauly, and Sarah Turner (Zoom)

Approval of Minutes: Mark moved to approve the March 10, 2026 minutes; Shawn 2nd; approved (4-
0).
New Business:
Kalispell Outpost – 40 Appleway – Apartments – Evan Jacobsen from
Tushie Montgomery Architects presented plans and renderings. Shawn and
Julia liked the façade, color, amenities, and landscaping.
Village Loop Apartments – 95 Village Loop – Apartments – Ian Tanninen
and Chad Malcott (Zoom) from Jackola presented plans, renderings, and
materials. The committee would like to see renderings that include the
ground-level mini-splits. Kari advised that they will need to be on the
building drawings and that updated renderings will need to be included in the
architectural package.
Woodland Floral – 35 1st Ave E – remodel of new floral shop – Michael
Kohl from R. Porch Construction presented plans, renderings, and materials.
The committee liked the use of the building and suggested replacing the door
in the west end with a window for advertising. Mark moved to approve as
presented; Shwan 2nd; approved (4-0).
