OTHER: PRELIMINARY COMMENTS - Stillwater 360 Development – The committee discussed PUD
limitations for the commercial element of the project, project layout, access from Stillwater Rd, recreational
amenities, building height limitations, and geotech requirements with Joshua Bourgouin from Windsor Engineering.
Fire has concerns with aerial access and access to the back of building. Planning advised that PUD variance approval
from City Council and a traffic impact study would be required. Building advised that 3 geotech samples per
building would be required and recommended that the developer contact the 911 center.
North Meadows Fire Access – Planning advised Garrett Muonio (Jackola Engineering) and Jeremy Peterson that
this change would need to go through Planning Commission and City Council for approval and that setbacks and
snow storage would be required. Public Works discussed access to the sewer main with them as well. Garrett and
Jeremy will advise Planning if they want to continue pursuing this option.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:52 AM.
