OLD BUSINESS:
Montana Imaging Center Ph 2 – 3201 US Hwy 93 N –Rory Young from Jackola delivered a draft of the cross
parking easement and a landscaping letter for Planning and Parks to review. Planning advised that no response
comments have been received. This will be on the agenda next week.
Stillwater Bend Apartments – 2890 US Hwy 93 N – Revised plans are still under Parks’ review. Building
review will be complete by the end of next week. This will be on the agenda next week.
Aesthetica Med Spa – 3201 US Hwy 93 N – Comments were sent 3/30. This will be on the agenda next week.
375 College Ave – SFR w/ significant site work – Building and Public Works reviews are complete. Fire
Department will not allow a short turnaround. Building will include this in their comments. This will be on the
agenda next week.
OTHER: North Meadows Easement – Fire will review and advise Jackola if the emergency access easement plan
is acceptable. Planning advised Garrett Muonio from Jackola that if Fire approves the plan, it would have to go
through Planning Commission and City Council for approval. Fire will send Jackola the tracking file.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS - Woodland Floral – Planning presented plans for a proposed parking lot and
addition. The committee discussed ADA requirements. Fire would like more details about future plans and Planning
would like dimensions for the ADA parking space.
