A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TWO-YEAR EXTENSION TO THE PRELIMINARY
PLAT OF PIONEER ESTATES SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell granted preliminary plat approval for
Pioneer Estates Subdivision on August 7, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the owners, KLDS Investments, LLC, have requested a two-year extension to the
preliminary plat of Pioneer Estates Subdivision due to construction which needs to be
completed; and
WHEREAS, good cause exists for the request for extension by KLDS Investments, LLC and it is
in the best interests of the city that the extension be given.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the application of KLDS Investments, LLC for a two-year extension of
the preliminary plat of Pioneer Estates Subdivision, Kalispell, Flathead
County, Montana is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND SIGNED BY THE MAYOR OF
THE CITY OF KALISPELL, THIS 6TH DAY OF APRIL, 2026.
