BACKGROUND: Annually the city solicits for contractor support for road restoration projects. Project
support includes furnishing materials, labor, and equipment required to mill city streets, taper mill city
streets, reconstruct city streets, or mill and overlay city streets. Road restoration projects are located
throughout the incorporated limits of the City of Kalispell and work is completed on an as needed basis
with the issuance of work orders.
BIDDING RESULTS: Bids were received and opened on March 19, 2026, at 2:50 pm. Two responsive
bids were received and are summarized below.
