TIF Fund Public Comment from Cary WeyrauchMayor and City Council Members,
I am unable to attend the town hall meeting tonight, and have tried to get an email out.
But this old mind has a hard time with technology. I am not a city resident, but do own
Property in the city. Property that in under the TIF. When the TIF was started, if I recall right, it was to be
used for infrastructure repair and new. I may be wrong. If this new owner of the mall gets money for
the purchase, how long will the contract be for, what is the interest rate? And when did the TIF change?
TIF does stand for Tax Increment Fund, Not Tax Increment Financing? Correct?
Thanks for helping me out with this and for all you people doi l i
