PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: The quarterly performance bond meeting is today.
OLD BUSINESS:
Montana Imaging Center Ph 2 – 3201 US Hwy 93 N – Parks will be sending comments out soon. Rory Young
from Jackola stated that the cross parking easement is with ownership for signature and that the sewer pumps were
delayed until the end of June which will affect completion of Phase 4. This will be on the agenda next week.
Stillwater Bend Apartments – 2890 US Hwy 93 N – Revised plans are under Parks’ and Public Works’ review.
Building review is 2/3 complete. Fire is still waiting for updated conceptual plans. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Aesthetica Med Spa – 3201 US Hwy 93 N – Architect Mark Johnson will send stamped civil plans to Public
Works today. Building will review next week. This will be on the agenda next week.
375 College Ave – SFR w/ significant site work – Public Works needs to know where the water and sewer
connections are. Building sent comments out on 3/25. The committee discussed the turnaround. This will be on
the agenda next week.
OTHER:
Toyota - Planning advised that the metal rack plans for Toyota have been submitted. Parks will be sending
landscape comments today.
