NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEAR-
ING — KALISPELL LAND USE
PLAN
Notice is hereby given that
the Kalispell City Council is
considering Adoption, Adoption
with Revisions, or Rejection of
a proposed Kalispell Land Use
Plan — PLAN -IT 2045.
The Kalispell Planning Com-
mission has considered the
plan, held a public hearing on
January 13, 2026, and pre-
sented Resolution KGPA-26-01
to the Kalispell City Council
recommending adoption of the
plan. The Kalispell City Council,
on March 2, 2026, passed a
Resolution of Intention to Adopt,
Revise, or Reject the proposed
Land Use Plan.
On March 16, 2026, at 7:00
pm in the City Hall Council
Chambers, 201 First Avenue
East, Kalispell, the Kalispell City
Council will hold a public hearing
regarding the proposed plan,
which can be viewed on the
city's website at www.kalispell.
com/CouncilHearings or in the
office of the City Clerk at 201
First Avenue East, Kalispell.
Any person wishing to address
the proposed plan may appear
at this hearing and make oral
statements or present same in
writing. Written comments may
also be submitted for council
consideration by delivering the
same to the City Clerk at 201
First Avenue East, Kalispell, MT
59901, or by email to publiccom-
ment@kalispell.com prior to the
hearing.
