HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning to send a reminder for next week’s quarterly bond review
meeting. The committee discussed the bond for Fatt Boys’ sidewalk.
OLD BUSINESS:
Montana Imaging Center Ph 2 – 3201 US Hwy 93 N –Planning advised that there were response comments sent
in on Monday without notification. Parks to review new comments. Public Works will add the condition that
Songbird Ave. must be built to the far east property line prior to CO on Phase 2. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Stillwater Bend Apartments – 2890 US Hwy 93 N –Planning presented revised plans that will require updated
civil drawings. Building has the plans in their queue. Planning to remind the applicant that the access road off of
Rose Crossing needs to be removed from the plans. Fire is waiting for updated conceptual plans. This will be on
the agenda next week.
Aesthetica Med Spa – 3201 US Hwy 93 N – Planning stated that architectural and structural plans were uploaded
this week. Mark Johnson (architect) stated that the trash enclosure was relocated. Parks advised Johnson that a
tree permit will be required to remove or locate a boulevard tree. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
375 College Ave – SFR w/ significant site work – Planning presented a proposed layout with a shorter 60ft
turnaround. It will require Fire approval since the code requires a 70ft turnaround. Public Works will be sending
comments out today. This will be on the agenda next week.
OTHER:
Corwin Motors – Public Works and Parks will need to review and approve updated stormwater and landscape
plans.
Toyota - Parks will reach out to them regarding landscape plans and tree location.
