OLD BUSINESS:
Montana Imaging Center Ph 2 – 3201 US Hwy 93 N – 2/12 comments are still out. Public Works is working with
Jackola on the parking lot and infrastructure. This will be on the agenda next week.
Stillwater Bend Apartments – 2890 US Hwy 93 N –Planning stated that Final Plat won’t be completed until
approximately May or June and that a minor PUD amendment may be required. This will be on the agenda next
week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Aesthetica Med Spa – 3201 US Hwy 93 N – This in all departments’ queues. Public Works advised architect
Mark Johnson that the trash enclosure would need to be relocated for access. Fire stated that another extinguisher
will be required. This will be on the agenda next week.
Timberwolf Ridge Phase 2 – PUD Amendment – Mike Brodie from WGM provided a summary of the
amendments to the PUD. The amendment was conditionally approved pending Parks’ approval of the
landscaping.
OTHER:
CAP Building Landscaping – The committee discussed the landscaping requirement for the CAP Building.
Boulevard trees on 18th St will be required.
Mountain Prime House - The committee discussed the health department signoff and pending fire alarm plans.
Fatt Boys – The committee discussed the building permit requirement and the timeline for the sidewalk and
landscaping. A bond will be required for the sidewalk and landscaping before the building permit can be completed.
