HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning stated that the quarterly review meeting will be held on 3/26.
OLD BUSINESS: Montana Imaging Center Ph 2 – 3201 US Hwy 93 N – 2/12 comments are still out. This will
be on the agenda next week.
Ashley Park Ph 1B – 301 Fennway – new park – Planning advised Public Works that the applicant uploaded
submittals on 2/27 to the project file without notification. Public Works will reach out to them. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Jackola Office Expansion – 2250 US Hwy 93 S – addition – This was passed through site review.
NEW BUSINESS:. Stillwater Bend Apartments – 2890 US Hwy 93 N – This is in all departments’ queues.
Revised fire conceptuals will be submitted. Fire and Public Works will have comments. Planning stated that Final
Plat won’t be completed until approximately August. This will be on the agenda next week.
OTHER: 80 Ryan Lane – Planning confirmed with Building and Public Works that their reviews were completed
in 2024.
